Zinc citrate dihydrate 23.44 mg
equiv. Zinc 7.5 mg
Retinol acetate (Vitamin A) 215 μg
equiv. Vitamin A 187 μg RE
Selenomethionine (Selenium) 15.63 μg
equiv. Selenium 6.25 μg
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 6.2 μg
equiv. Vitamin D3 250 IU


Warnings:

Contains soy

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use
  • Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts for a long period
  • When taken in excess of 3000 μg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects
  • The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µgRE for women and 900 µg RE for men
  • Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 µg for adults from supplements should not be exceeded
  • Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 - 6 years, 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years
