Advanced magnesium blend with lactium

UM Calm is a lemon-lime flavoured vegetarian oral powder that contains 300 mg of magnesium per 7.5 g dose to help support nervous system function, as well helping to relieve tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium can also help relieve muscle cramps when inadequate dietary intake, and choline aids in synthesising neurotransmitters。

Dose:
