Designed for children 12 months and over, it provides a source of vitamin D, vitamin A and omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA). This mild lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil with DHA is pleasantly unfishy.

Direction:

For children 1 - 3 years: take 1 capsule per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Twist or snip off the tail or pierce the capsule and add to food, drinks or serve on a spoon.
4 - 8 years: Chew 1 capsule per day
9 - 13 years: Chew 2 capsules per day
14+ years: Chew 3 capsules per day.

Under 12 months: On the advice of a healthcare professional only.

Capsules should be chewed and not swallowed whole.
