Each capsule contains:

Gluten, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours.

Crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, dl-alpha-tocopherol, hydrogenated soya oil, hydrolyzed gelatin, lecithin, macrogol 3000, maize starch, polyvinyl alcohol, purified talc, silicon dioxide, sucrose, titanium dioxide.

Dose:

Adults: Take 2 tablets twice daily.
