Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
Warnings
Contains soy and sulfites. Contains trace sulfur dioxide. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Contains vitamin B6. Stop use and seek advice if tingling, burning or numbness occurs.
Contains selenium; adults should not exceed 150 µg/day from supplements.
Vitamin A: Recommended daily intake is 700 µg RE for women and 900 µg RE for men. Do not take vitamin A supplements if pregnant or considering pregnancy without professional advice. Excessive intake (>3000 µg RE) may cause birth defects.
Contains iodine; use caution with thyroid medication. Contains potassium; seek advice if you have kidney disease or take heart/blood pressure medicines.
Contains zinc; long-term high intake may be harmful.
