Dosage
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warnings
- Contains soy and sulfites; trace amounts of sulphur dioxide present
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
- Contains vitamin B6 – stop use if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness
- Contains selenium – daily dose from supplements should not exceed 150 µg for adults
- Vitamin A: recommended daily intake is 700 µg RE (women) and 900 µg RE (men)
- Do not take vitamin A supplements if pregnant or considering pregnancy without advice
- Excess vitamin A (over 3000 µg RE) may cause birth defects
- Nicotinic acid may cause mild, temporary skin flushing
- Contains iodine – caution with thyroid medication
- Contains potassium – consult your health professional if you have kidney disease or take heart/blood pressure medicines
- Contains zinc – avoid excessive or prolonged use
