- Brahmi is an antioxidant and is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a nervine to support nervous system health and improve learning ability.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains:

| Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. |
Dose:
Adults -Take 2 tablets daily, with food.
Children 6 –12 years -Take 1 tablet daily with food. Or take as directed by your health professional. Tablets can be crushed and added to food.
Warnings:
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. Therefore, a daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
