Anxiety: Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help reduce symptoms of mild anxiety, symptoms of Stress, and nervous tension, relieve irritability, and calm and soothe the nerves.

Stress: Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a rejuvenating tonic, an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stressVITA and to relieve feelings of general malaise and debility. Vitamin B5 supports the cognitive and mental function. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that reduces free radicals formed in the body.

Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) ext. dry conc. 285.72 mg, from dry leaf 1 g
Calcium pantothenate 5.46 mg, equivalent Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 5 mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 25 mg Magnesium glycinate dihydrate 215.52 mg, equiv Magnesium 25 mg Choline bitartrate 75 mg, equiv. Choline 30.75 mg Inositol 150 mg

Dose:
