Magnesium is involved in over 300 essential metabolic and enzymatic reactions in the body, including amino acid activation, calcium metabolism, muscle contraction and electrolyte balance. It is required for the synthesis of the antioxidant glutathione. Magnesium Plus combines synergistic ingredients, active vitamin B6 and MK7. Vitamin B6 helps support healthy cardiovascular and nervous system function and regulates hormones. Vitamin K is necessary for healthy bone mineralisation. Dose:

Children 2-8 years: Give 1 tablet once daily. Tablets should be crushed and mixed with water, jam or honey before administering immediately to young children.

Children 9 years and over: Take 1 tablet twice daily with water. Adults: 2 tablets, 1-2 times daily or as directed by your health care professional.
