Chaste Tree relieves premenstrual tension (PMT) characterised by breast tenderness, abdominal bloating, mood changes and feelings of irritability. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to decrease menstrual cycle irregularities.

Ingredients:

No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours.
Suitable for vegans.

Dose:

Adults: 1 tablet 1-4 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional 

Warning:

1. Chaste Tree may aggravate pure spasmodic dysmenorrhoea not associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
2. Use cautiously during pregnancy and only in the early stages.
3. Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
