Warning:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking medications for anti-cancer, blood thinners, antidepressants, anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular, immunosuppressants, and/or contraceptives, if you have female endocrine conditions such as uterine, endometrial, breast or ovarian cancer as well as endometriosis and uterine fibroids, if you have a protein S deficiency as wild yam may increase the risk of thrombosis, or a seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy). Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; and some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, insomnia, restlessness and/or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
