Descriptions:

Withania Complex contains Withania traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a calminative and nevine and to relieve sleeplessness. In addition, Korean Ginseng and Withania are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as adaptogens to help the body adapt to stress.

Indications

• Withania is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine:
• - to aid in the recovery from illness
• - as a calminative and nevine
• - to relieve sleeplessness
• - to support mental recall
• Skullcap is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine:
• - as a body and nerve tonic
• - to relieve restlessness
• Korean Ginseng and Withania are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as adaptogens to help the body adapt to stress
• Licorice is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy adrenal gland function

Ingredients
Each tablet contains:

Withania somnifera(Withania) extract . 95mg derived from root dry 950mg Glycyrrhiza glabra(Licorice) extract 62.5mg derived from root dry 750mg Scutellaria lateriflora(Skullcap) extract 940microlitre derived from herb dry 470mg Panax ginseng(Korean Ginseng) extract 20mg derived from min. root dry 100mg stand. to contain ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd 1.68mg

Dose:
Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 to 6 times daily.
