Dosage

Adults: Take 2 tablets daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings

• Not suitable for children under 2 years without medical advice.
• Green tea (Camellia sinensis) may rarely affect the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you notice yellowing skin/eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
• Andrographis may cause taste disturbance, appetite loss, vomiting, or abdominal discomfort. Discontinue use if symptoms occur.
• Allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, have been reported with andrographis. Seek immediate medical help if severe reaction occurs.
• Caffeine intake above 200 mg daily is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. (Instant coffee ≈ 80 mg caffeine per cup.)
• Contains zinc; long-term high intake may be harmful.
• Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
