Directions for Use

• Nervous system support: Take 1 tablet twice daily with meals.
• Memory and cognitive performance: Take 2 tablets twice daily with meals.

• In rare cases, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) may affect the liver. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
