Each capsule contains:
Colostrum - bovine 500 mg
Zinc sulphate monohydrate  14 mg  equiv. Zinc 5 mg
Potassium iodide (Iodine) 33 μg  equiv. Iodine 25 μg
Selenomethionine (Selenium) 16 μg equiv. Selenium 6.5 μg

Dosage
2 capsules twice daily with food
