Dosage
Adults: Mix 7.2 g (two level scoops) into water and consume immediately. Take twice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings
This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Keep out of reach of children. Contains crustacean products and sulfites. Each 14.4 g daily dose contains 155 mg of potassium.
