Qiara Adult contains the patented probiotic Lactobacillus Fermentum CECT5716, that may help to restore the balance and maintain the good bacteria in the digestive system.
Each box of Qiara Adult contains 28 single-dose sachets of oral powder and is recommended for adults, seniors, and teenagers over 12 years.
Qiara Adult is evidence based to help:
- Restore beneficial bacteria that may have been disrupted by antibiotics, medications, or medical treatments
- Relieve the symptoms of digestive issues such as IBS, constipation, bloating and diarrhoea.
- Support gastrointestinal health

Dose:
- Regular: 1 sachet (19.5 mg) daily in water, milk or soft food; consume immediately
- During or after antibiotic use: 1 - 2 sachets daily, 2 - 3 hours before or after antibiotic dose
- Continue for 5 days after the antibiotic course is completed, then resume the regular dosage
