Ingredient(s): 100% Pure Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) essential oil

Direction:

Inhalation: Place 6 drops into the water of your diffuser. Mixes well with Lavender. 

Massage: Combine 3 drops each of Grapefruit essential oil and Lavender into 12mL of massage oil
